The first thing I do is to look the problem directly in the eye to be able to understand it to the core. I get down and dirty with the why, the how, the who, and the what, so that I can uncover any hidden gems and surprising “oh, that makes sense!” solutions.


Here’s my process…

No matter the brief, I approach my work the same way so that I can come up with the best solutions for my clients.

#1- THE DEEP DIVE

Before any creative, I do a deep dive into your brand, the market, the person you want to speak to, what they want to hear, and more. This is usually where I uncover hidden truths, interesting takes, and the reality on ground.

#2- THE BIG IDEA

This is where I think of big ideas, messaging, or strategic territories that your brand can own. With these big ideas, we can create platform campaigns that extend beyond one medium and define your whole communication ecosystem.

#3- LET’S EXECUTE

After a concept is selected, we bring them to life in different media. We create a cohesive campaign with the right message at every stage of the customer journey, no matter where or when they’re seen.

#4- LAUNCH DAY

Even after every deliverable has been handed over, I stick around to monitor the performance. Depending on if we’re testing or not, I can help with optimising assets in order to improve and amplify the campaign.

I see the brief as only half of the puzzle

A brief only shows me the problem from your point of view. So, I always make sure I do an in-depth analysis of the other sides you don’t see: from your sales team, your customers, even people who don’t want to buy from you and ask them why.

I can work independently and blend well with teams

As an independent contractor, part of my job is to understand your team, how you all work together, and find where I fit in. Even though I am comfortable taking on certain tasks on my own, there will also be moments when I need to align with the team and give them the necessary support.

I don’t think in just pretty pictures and snappy words

Every creative direction I propose comes with strategic reasoning behind it. Yes, the ads will look fun, stop the scroll, and get a click, but you also understand why, so that we are always on the same page.

I aim to meet deadlines

Not to brag, but I have personally never missed a deadline in my career. I will definitely be bringing this discipline when working with you and your team on a certain project.

  • Yes. I am flexible, regardless of your team or operation setup. I can take up roles from being the creative lead to just being the extra hand you and your team need when you’re stuck on a nightmare project.

  • Even though I understand the German market, I do most of my work in English. This means all concepting, writing, and deliverables will be in English. I understand B1-level German, but I’m not yet confident writing creative work with it.

  • Both! The sweet spot is growth-stage (Series A–D), where you have enough budget to do things properly but still need the agility of a single creative partner. If you’re a pre-seed founder, let's talk about what's actually useful at your stage.

  • Think of me like your creative partner. I hold your hand and guide you through every step of the process. I am honest, work well with teams, and always do my best to deliver top-notch work. And when I don’t know anything about a topic, I ask, or I research the hell out of it!
